You can’t vacation to a winter wonderland and not do a bit of ice skating, now can you? Park City offers two arenas in which you can ice skate to your heart’s content: Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Ice Arena.
The Park City Ice Arena is the newest complex for ice skating and offers a few extra things. It sells new and used skates for those of you who would rather buy than rent. They also offer occasional “Cheap Skate” days in which the skate rentals are included in the admission price.
Make sure to dress in layers as even the indoor rinks are a bit chilly. After all, they have to keep the ice frozen somehow!

- Even the indoor rink is chilly so dress in layers, bring gloves and a hat (or a helmet for kids).
All children 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian if they want to skate at the Gallivan rink.
