Location
Midway lies between the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges in the Heber Valley, just a few miles north of Deer Creek Reservoir off US-189/US-40. It is 18 miles south of Park City.
Activities
Most of the activities found around Midway are associated with the Wasatch-Uinta Mountain Ranges. Nearby reservoirs are perfect for boating, swimming, water-skiing and fishing. Hundreds of camping areas are located in the vicinity and land-based activities include everything from cross-country skiing to snowmobiling, hiking, and rail and road tours.
Attractions
Deer Creek Reservoir and State Park is just a few miles south of Midway and is a haven for boaters, windsurfers, campers and fisherman. $10 for day use. Overnight camping fees average around $15 – $25.
